  There was only one person working when I entered the store, and he was assisting a customer which I fully understand, but he didn't even take the time to greet me or anything, and this was around 10 minutes time. When I was being assisted, he spent more time talking to another customer , than he did assisting me. Purchasing a new phone, I was very concerned it was even being done correctly. Amid all of this, he stopped getting my phone ready to collect a payment from another customer. He wasn't very friendly, and over all with this experience, I will take the time to drive to Caldwell, where the service is amazing.Beware if you visit this store, and a man named "Nevin" assists you..Worst customer service I've seen at Metro PC's.
